Being a classical pianist I understand the many demands within the music profession. The many hours of practice, long rehearsals and stressful or competitive situations can often cause the body to be “dis-eased” thereby causing us to lose focus or lose our enjoyment of our creative profession.

Yoga can help bring peace and ease, reduce any tension, increase stamina but most of all, to “unite” our body and our mind.
Through carefully designed sequences and meditation, my classes can help you to shut out any negative, competitive, stressful thoughts and most importantly allow you to become fully aware of your body and breath so that you can perform to your best ability, and most of all, enjoy sharing your wonderful gift.
